American Airlines: 3,000 miles for signing up for email newsletters

If you are not signed up to receive emails from American Airlines, you want to jump on this deal right now–up to 3,000 AAdvantage miles for giving them your email address and receiving a few emails a week. This only applies to those of you who do not currently receive these emails. There are 6 possible newsletters to sign up with at a payout of 500 miles each. In my case, I was only eligible for 1,000 miles, but it was the easiest 1,000 miles I have ever earned. The six newsletters you can sign up for are:
- AirMail
- AAdvantage E-Summary
- Net SAAver Fares
- AAdvantage Promotions
- AAVactions Travel Picks
- Travel Preferences
I signed up for the bottom 2, and I assume they are probably new as I had not heard of them before. Airlines all send out an email or two a week, typically with fare sales or bonus promotions. I recommend signing up for all of the airlines that fly out of your home airport. One disclaimer I did find that you will want to be aware of is that you have to stay subscribed to these newsletters for 3 months. Enjoy!
